Ok for a short stay

Free parking. The bus stop to the town is right in front of the hotel.

The drain in the shower is very slow. Air condition does not work and we have to open windows.

Good clean room with helpful shelving Largely quiet Breakfast has variety of food

2kms from main train station and 4km from most attractions - Need to catch Bus 21 or 23 and sometimes at night the buses were 30 minutes apart. Also need to wave them down at the main station or they will bypass you. No kettle but staff will happy to fill my thermo during reception hours which goes to 10pm at night A little noise from bar below on Saturday night it really wasn’t that bad

All in all great stay Comfy beds, clean and tidy Staff all very friendly

Location was a bit out of the way If you aren't driving, there are buses however going in and out can be a bit of a pain, as there isn't too much nearby

Good.

The location is easily accessible by public transport and taxi. The rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is very good. Automated check in process. Easy checkin with access code.

There is no mini bar, packaged water. And also the floor of the room is rough. There should be use and throw sandals to be provided. Staff especially the receptionist did not respond to my call in a polite way. The plug sockets in the room were very loose.

Basic place close to transport

Breakfast was ok. It was very close to two bus stops. Looked like there was lots of parking. Basic place. The shower was blocked on the first day we reported it and it was cleared the next morning.

The room was smelly. To me it smelt like someone had smoked in there and the smell was in the air-conditioning and carpets. The toilet seat was loose and we reported it but it was not fixed

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

The location was convenient to public transportation but the area is suspect so we did not feel safe walking at night there. A coffee maker, kettle, and refrigerator in the room would make this property a better value.

Handy location to stop for a day or so as is reasonably close to City Centre

10-15 minute bus ride into the city €3 one way. Bus #21 Room was very quiet at night no outside noise even though your close to a highway. Breakfast was not a cooked breakfast however there was a variety of things to have. Room and bathroom were clean.

Nothing not to like about the hotel although felt is was a bit pricey

I recommend the hotel

Nice personnel, the hotel conveniently located (very close to the highway), quiet neighbourhood. The elevator was fast enough (it is not always the case). Good price.

Not too many space in a parking lot near the hotel. Not a big choice at the breakfast, also not enough space in the canteen when there are many guests.

Nice cozy clean hotel

The bedlinen was very clean so was the room/bathroom. Check in was a.breeze Ella was friendly and helpful.

You have to take bus no. 21 or 23 to reach the hotel. If you take bus no. 3 the walk to the hotel is further.

Few amenities were missing ( fridge, and iron were not in the rooms) and my shower seemed to be clogged ( when I took my shower, water was draining very very veryyyyyyyy slow)

Easy to find. Public transport was right in front of the hotel. Easy to get around.

Pillows could have been bigger and a little more plush. It was so flat and small. made it uncomfortable to sleep. Could have provided a kettle for hot water.

Most friendly staff, good cozy rooms and faster checkin process

It’s very hard to find the route to the hotel entrance after 10 PM as the entrance to the hotel is at first floor and lift from ground floor doesn’t work after 10 and you have to take a round of the building then climb steps to reach the entrance which is not that difficult but still would be great if we could get any directions.

Perfectly accessible stay in Salzburg

Great hotel for the price and location. The bus stops right in front of the main access door with elevator taking you to the reception and the rooms. We had a good view and free parking despite it being a long and busy weekend in Salzburg.

The room sizes could be something which some people may find too small

Pleasant but can be better.

Staffs are friendly, pretty easy access to the Hbf/Centrum. Breakfast is okay for 10.50€. Room is clean. There is hair-dryer available.

There is no coffee/tea in the room. Hot water is available only at the reception and the reception is not manned for 24 hours. If you want to get to the room on the 2nd/3rd floor, you can only take the lift. The pillow is too soft for me, and reception is not open 24 hours making it hard to ask/request if they have another pillow. There is no tissue available, only toilet paper.

The overall stay was pleasurable and met my expectations.

Breakfast was very nice and all the staff members that I interacted with were very nice and helpful.

Location was ok, but was on the edge of an industrial area. Its hard to tell when just looking at the area on a map.

Having a hairdryer in the room. A bonus for me! Bathroom facilities were lovely.

There was not much space to store clothing. The rail to hang clothes on didn't have enough space for the hangers to hang straight, and there were only 4 of them. Also, there were no coffee or tea facilities in the room.
